Cut Off Discs
Discs with a high cutting performance. Developed for professional and precise cutting work. Primarily designed for stainless steel, construction and tool steel. Available in 1.2 mm or 2.0 mm thickness.
Grinding Discs
Broad range for all professional requirements of metal work. From cotton reinforced grinding discs, for an optimal treatment of aluminium, to universally applicable high-performance grinding discs for stainless steel and high carbon steels.
Flap Discs
Suitable for weld seam preparation, deburring or surface sanding. For low vibration works with a high durability. Available in zirconia and ceramic quality, as well as non-woven and even felt for polishing work.
Fibre Discs
For rough and fine grinding of even and concaved surfaces, as well as bevelling and deburring of edges. Our fibre discs contain an active abrasive surface coating, reducing the temperature on the working piece, increasing the performance and life of the disc.
Sun-Fix System
Attachment system for a tool-less and safe exchange of the abrasive. In diameters 50 and 75 mm we are offer the most suitable abrasive for each working step - from material removal right up to the finishing process.
Sun Press
Pressed non-woven abrasives for the highest finishing standards. Only one working step from removing the weld seam until a smooth, shining surface. Efficient and long-life performance on all materials.
BDR 150-A Plastic Reinforced Discs
The Allrounder! Redesigned with robust bristle construction! Suitable for removing corrosion, lacquer and discolouration, for cleaning weld seams and geometric workpieces and for deburring and smoothing work on virtually all materials in hard-to-reach areas.

MINIfix
Very light and handy flexible shaft machine for accurate and delicate work. The MINIfix is available in two variations: Speed range from 11 000 – 25 000 rpm or 4 000 – 9 000 rpm. Fields of application: Milling, grinding, brushing.
ROTOset
Handy starter in the world of flexible shaft machines. The ROTOset has an electronically controlled speed variation (11-25'000 rpm.). The motor is protected by a combined foot or hanging frame. Fields of application: Cutting, roughing, descaling, polishing.
Flexible Shafts
Suitable for connection to all Suhner flexible shaft machines. Power transmission element for straight and angle tool holders, belt grinders and angle machines. Due to the separation of power unit and tool you can work fatigue-proof even in long-term usage.
Tool Holders
For every work type there is a suitable tool holder. Lockable to all Suhner flexible shaft machines. Small but robust construction types ensures a fatigue-proof working. Tool exchange with well-tried key span system or with the innovative attachment bracket at the tool holder - SWH.
Belt Grinders
Attachable to Suhner flexible shaft machines. The belt grinders are 360° rotatable and ensure ergonomic working. Fields of application: Deburring, working on fillet welds, grinding even on convex surfaces.
Right Angle Attachments
Attachable to Suhner flexible shaft machines. Robust „angle grinders“ for use with the flexible shaft system. For roughing and cutting discs from 115 mm to 230 mm. Fields of application: Grinding, roughing, brushing, descaling, polishing and wet grinding.
Mircro Motor System
The Micro Motor System from Suhner distinguishes itself from the crowd with powerful motors and ergonomic operation. Rotation speeds of up to 60 000 min-1 are achieved with almost no noise. The precise concentricity enables you to achieve the cleanest, reproducible results. The control unit has modern features such as touch screen operation, the option to save settings and a rotation speed regulator with tactile resistance.
SUNmic 60 Set
The mobile system for grinding, milling and polishing is the ideal partner for light and complicated work in tool and mould making as well as in aircraft and jet engine manufacturing. The control unit has connections for two BLDC motors and an AC motor. Step-less speed adjustment and anti/clockwise rotation, as well as the possibility to connect a foot-operated remote switch, complete the system.
